NASA: Blue Green Algae bloom Lake Atitln, Guatemala
A large bloom of cyanobacteria, more commonly known as blue-green algae, can be seen on Guatemala's Lake Atitln in this simulated-natural-colour image taken from space by NASA's Terra satellite
